So far, so good I have just moved into Jasontown apartments. Unfortunately, before I read the reviews on this site :( :( . Ashley is the current leasing agent. She has been very nice and helpful so far. I will keep posting updates as the next year goes on.

Home Sweet Home Meridia Parkway is a pleasant place to live. Building is new and modern. Landscaped beautifully in spring. Quiet cul de sac. Near Rt 3 and 21. Great alternative to your own home!

most horrific place to live in. the landlady comes everyday to go thru ur apartment on the sly..houseguests charged daily at $25 a night..sued by residents for not returning security deposits..poor airconditioning...water pressure feeble..floods ravage the place and no street parking..dog litter

tentant I must say that my experience at this complex has been rather pleasant for me. I recently moved out of my one bedroom apt into a two bedroom. Amy, who is in charge of the rental procedures was very knowledgable and helpful. She regularly kept me informed and updated on the new apt

I have been there for 11 years I have been living there for 11 years and the only complaint that I have is the people that work there. They all look miserable and have attitude and if your late with your rent they like sent you to court the next day. But one person that is really nice is Rosemary!

Nice Apartments I found these apartments very nice and good people. Off course lower rent. You only have to pay rent and electricity. Gas and hot water i free. These apartments have a lot of Indian families with Kids. So, good for families with Kids. Neighborhood School is great (9/10

No These people are money suckers, they charge 850$ for cleaning charges for double bedroom apartment for every new tenant which is non refundable. Stupid management.

Bad Management with troubles Management is really bad. They never respond to your phone calls. Not secured, main doors always broken. Lots of bugs and mices in the apartment. Serious suggestion dont go for it.

renter Beware Before you move in check it out and take your own photos. The walls are then, the building gets very, very, very hot in the summer and winter. The locks on the outside doors are always broken... unsafe. check the windows for water leakage... the building is just OLD....
