It is a nice place that is well maintained but it is ridiculously over-priced for a place like Washington Boro in Warren County. A few years ago there were a string of car break-ins in the back of the complex. It borders some empty fields so some kids had an easy getaway. That aside it is a relatviely safe place in a small community with no more crime than the average drug problem that plagues every community in the nation. Maintenance is generally pretty quick to respond to needs and if you ask nicely, you might sometimes get a new carpet or appliance if the one's in your apartment are old.
