Clean Apt, Cheap, Nice management, Bad location

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The apartment is very nice, along with the staff and grounds. There is always plenty of parking and maintenence is dealt with immediately. The only bad thing about living here is the location - there is nothing to do in the area and everything is a good 20-30 minute drive away. However it is located right off of route 57 and the price is very reasonable.
