they say something you will get something. heating is the worst in winter no thermostat in apartment. Air leaks through windows and door . very old apartment. Aircondition won't be enough for the apartement. Worst apartment staff specially victoria and maintenance guys and office staff's. forget about laundry you have to go out . you can't use the laundry facility it is very small. it's not worth for your money.

I don't think you are right. It is worth your money. i lived here almost forever, and i have no doubts. You shouldn't say it's a waste of money when the maintenance do everything you ask, and take there sleeping time and holiday time to help fix yor problem.

hey romeo, this is the funniest thing i ever read. stop trying to fool yourself and no one on here is going to believe you. once there are so many negatives, they'll all know not to rent here, i know if i saw so many negative reviews on one joint, i would stay away. stop trying so hard to convince people, it's almost amusing to see how hard you are trying.

For anyone reading: DO NOT RENT at this place. I have leaved here for a long time and it has gotten from bad to worse. There is not even one thing that I could complement this place for: The maintenance staff is rude, it is not helpful. The rental office, thanks god they got rid of the philipino person (no offense to the nationality please -I just don't remember her name). Alan has been helpful those times that I have had to involve him-but the problem with the place is that you have to do that ALLLL the time. And if you have to contact the main office-Good Luck with that.
It is a waste of your money( and that is all they care about). Oh..I found one thing that is good: location :)
So happy to be out of there.
