Very very noisy!! Management does nothing to respond to complaints. Maintenance never solves any situations that need to be taken care of and the front office is a joke! Waste of money is 100% correct and I do not recommend living here at all. Take this as a warning, please. It is also buggy, lots of spiders. Gutters never get cleaned. Flooding river runs down and sump pumps are ridiculously loud. Parking stinks b/c there are cars from other states that just sit here in the same spot for years without ever being moved. Kids are jumping on cars, bouncing balls on brand new cars, bouncing balls on apartment windows, and climbing on top of tenants garages. Nothing is ever done to correct these issues. Management and maintenance crew are lazy and worthless. I've written complaints to no end w/no resolution. I'm told if I don't like it to move out. Unsupervised children roam the complex making noise and disrupting the peace. Tenants have seven children per 1 bedroom apartments causing noise and no where to play, so they end up playing on other tenants doorsteps, yelling and screaming early outside your windows, bouncing balls on your walls and vehicles, jumping on cars, climbing on garages. Windows are cheap, thin, old, and very drafty in the winter. Thermostat does not work to your needs, just changes temp to whatever it wants especially in the middle of the night, gets really really hot, then when you wake up it's freezing cold. Water is nasty, turns tub rusty and smells like crap. Apartments are also moldy! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! THEY SUCK! Can't wait to get the hell out.

Good for you, it sucks. i'm glad you love it, i don't. nice to see how management reacts to these posts right after they've been notified of this website. how amusing it is to see u all trying so hard to make this look like a great place, but i hate to tell u, u arn't fooling anyone but yourself. there are too many negative reviews and you can't change that and now everyone on the internet can read them, so you might as well stop trying so hard to change it.

hey romeo---or should i say Alan? you should be at your desk trying to MANAGE this place, and fix all the (very numerous) shortcomings instead of posting -------- posts here saying that you live here and love it. you live nowhere close to here. i'd be surprised if you have ever even been here.
