this place isnt that bad, it was the cheapest place i could find at the time when i was looking for an apartment around here. the place is affordable, the utilities (bills) arent that bad. the only thing is yes there are bugs and I DO NOT KNOW WHERE THEY COME FROM.. they are all over this place! its really scary lol cus they're like creepy crawlers... yuck

the bathroom and the kitchen sink gets flooded all the time... and after like 8-9 p.m. the parking in the back are all taken, but parking in the front is sometimes convinient... yes there's kids always roaming around but what do u expect.. if i were them i'd wana run around and play too.. so as long as your careful and not speed around here at 80 mph and just be careful because they do run out once in a while, without bother to look... those little darlings. but kids are our future afterall so be nice to them... and avoid hitting them with your car

victoria is nice, to us.. i mean she was very accomodating and explained everything to us. there's always maintenance guys working... they seem nice, but they stare at you and more than anything it pisses me off cus i dont like ppl staring at me.. but otherwise they're always cleaning the grounds.

yes there's noise but its not bad, you get use to it after a while... if you live in a communal dwelling type of place, i mean u have to expect the noise... that's just life my dear.. we have parties once in a while and we do get loud... but the neighbors don't complain... we inform them ahead of time and give them beer and cookies so they don't care haha

once in a while u hear gunshots and people screaming for help... just kidding!! its a very safe place. it's in wayne.. suburbs and near my school... William Paterson University whut whut! yes i said whut whut! there's always cops around so no worries. popos are your friends..

um yea so that's my review... live here if u want... live next to us so when we have parties you won't be invited but we'll give u beer and cookies so you won't call ur friends... the popos/cops.

this place isnt perfect but its not bad. nope not bad at all.
