Do NOT move into this place. Two months ago one of the boilers was leaking CO around 11 PM and a while bunch of us had to be admitted to the hospital for CO OD.
Then, yesterday I found about 100 ants in my kitchen and when I called the super he said he couldn't do anything about it.
I'm going to move out as soon as I can!
