Pretty Satisfied - I'm a current resident. I must say that the complex is, generally, very quiet. It's walking distance from a small movie theater, grocery store, shopping, and a bowling alley. Unless you're doing heavy shopping, it's worth the walk. The walls are a bit thin but not too bad. The biggest problem is parking. Having a garage is worth the money. Worst Place in NJ Do not move in here. This is the worst place possible to live. The buildings are very old and ants and termites come and go as they please. The maintenance staff is useless and the visits from Terminex don't help at all.

Total Crap Do NOT move into this place. Two months ago one of the boilers was leaking CO around 11 PM and a while bunch of us had to be admitted to the hospital for CO OD.
