No Sound proofing No sound proofing between the units. If you end with lousy neighbours living on top floor, like i have, you will be in a lot of discomfort. Apartment has the policy of having top floor residents to cover 80% floor with carpet, but it is very poorly enforced.

No Proper Snow cleaning.
Always Noisy.
Dogs and Cat's potty all around the place
Staff is Good and cooperative, but not the Management.
