I would highly recommend living at the Landings at Port Imperial. The grounds are nicely kept, maintenance requests are addressed well within 24 hours, management cares and attends to every need, the pool is fun in the summertime, and the views of the Empire State Building are exquisite. The fairly new shuttle bus operated by NY Waterway takes you to and from the ferry, which is nice. All in all, our stay at the Landings was pleasant -- highly recommended along with any other Equity Residential community.

Actually, no -- I am not the management. Previous to the Landings, I lived at an Equity Residential property in the Bay Area. The property was equally as nice. I would sill recommend the Landings as well as Schooner Bay in Foster City, CA.
