This place is not worth a dime.

There is no value in this place. The building was finished in 2000 yet everything is falling apart from door handles to electrical outlets to the ceiling. This place is a nightmare. In 8 months of living there, I had to call maintenance service at least 10 times. The construction is bad; you can hear noises from the outside(several construction projects around)and from other apartments or smell odors from other apartments. In the winter, you have to keep the heat on all the time because the insulation is pretty bad (along with non energy efficient appliances, my electric bill averaged $250 a month in the winter). You get charged a $500 non-optional amenities fee to use the gym and the pool yet the equipment in the gym is seldom working and the pool is open three or four month out of the year and only from 10 am to 8 pm. You also have the privilege of being disturbed by fire alarms at least twice a month. I still haven't seen any of the tenants that i know renewing their leases. I went out of town for a week only to come back to a flooded bathroom (I live on the top floor, rain caused leakage i assume). The materials used are pretty cheap. Overall, you should stay away from these kind of apartment complex where greedy builders rush the construction and buy inexpensive and low quality materials, then billed the place as luxury and charged you enormous amount of money. This place sucks!!!!
