Riverbend at Port Imperial

Ok apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   My husband and I have lived at Riverbend for almost a year. We've been generally very happy with our 1 bedroom apartment. Positives: All appliances included in rent, nice gyms & pools, a great walkway along the Hudson River (gorgeous views of course!), maintenance requests are dealt by quickly and there is a lot of help available for people with busy lifestyles (full concierge service) Negatives: MDU (a service company) monopoly so you pay over the top for satellite TV and high speed internet is not affordable ($100 a month). Parking has been a problem, there is no free parking. A lot of residents are either ignorant or rebellious and you do get cars parking on the spot you're paying dearly for. The management is trying to introduce new regulations though.
