It started out as a nice place and turned into a nightmare from the start. Broken equipment on move in day, no hot water, faulty elecrical wiring, and the management office could care less. The management office also has no idea what is going on with their clients nor do they keep very accurate records of things. So make sure to get it in writing, don't be scared to ask point blank either.

Most residents seem to have had similar problems. Even on moving in residents were jokingly telling us not to unpack and to move elsewhere.

Parking is a total nightmare. They do not give you a spot with your lease as most of the other apartments do, and the certainly do not make that clear when discussing it with them. Also if you rent a garage spot besure it is in your building! Residents have recieved garage spaces that were 2 buildings away.
