Parking prices are way too much

I generally like living at 28 Riverbend, the ammenities are great. The parking is outrageous though. I can not believe that they charge for parking spots. I could understand paying for the "second" spot...but to not give ONE FREE spot for renting there is ludicrous. We are paying $300 here for two spots....because who wants to pay $125 for an OUTSIDE spot when indoor ones are $150! Absolutely ridiculous and honestly every time I think of it I get upset. So basically, the rent is OK..I guess reasonable in comparison to others, but the ammenity fees, dog fees, parking fees and high Direct TV cost all add up and basically I can not afford to live here anymore and have to look for cheaper place. In fact I am going to go look at the Landings since they give a free spot and seem to be more reasonable. Although I will miss the pools and atmosphere at Riverbend, I guess I have to go someplace that is more affordable.

You're absolutely right. then, when you move, they charge you over $4,000 for carpeting, even after they told you when you first moved in that the rugs should have replaced before you and now they're charging me something they were supposed to pay for originally.
But that's what big corporations do, move property managers out of areas once promises are made , so that there is no accountability.!!!! Thumbs down on honesty for Riverbend. Sincerely, a former tenant.
