Management & security are horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   i have lived here for two years and have nothing good to say about this places........the management has no formal procedure to do anything here and then they penalize before they inform you. There communication skills consist of a note on your door. You are lucky if you get anyone one the phone when you have a problem. Especially if it is a big problem. For some reason their leasing office is always in meetings and never return calls if you need something or need to complain. Nothing works and they let anyone in this place. People drive all night with their stereos blasting and also hang out on the front porches until late hours. Not to mention the pool hopping in the summer! Yeah, they have security, but what good are they if they are sleeping in the construction zone away from the buildings. they get you in here by offering a free months rent, then screw you all the rest of the way.
