I have lived at Riverbend for over one year in building 25. I can't understand all this complaining! I would love to know where some of these people have lived before. Just about anywhere you live, you are likely to encounter some problems, but let's be realistic...how many people do you know that get to lounge at their own pool in the summer, have their choice of gyms to attend, have their own washer,dryer and dishwasher in their apartment!!
Yes, I'll admit when we first moved in I wasn't very fond of the leasing staff, but I have learned that it's all about the way you approach them and who you deal with. Hopefully, some of these people will figure that out. And yes, there have been some issues, but not enough for me to call this place hell!! Unfortunetly, we have to move back to New York next month, and I am finding that I am quite spoiled at Riverbend! I can't find any place with have the things I have here in the area I have to move to!
So if you are considering moving here, try to meet some current residents while your here and ask around. I think most people on this web site just need to vent! I have several friends that live here who are all very happy with their apartments!
I will miss living at Riverbend!
