Building 26 is great!

I've lived at Riverbend for 2 years now, first in Building 25 (the Tower) and now in Building 26. I have to say building 26 is far superior than #25. The insulation in building 25 was really bad esp in the winter, our windows would form ice on the inside! Also there was too much traffic into and out of the building, and you never knew who was in the building. Our brand new car was scratched in the parking garage there as well. The leasing office was however very sympathetic, and helped us out greatly. Living in building 26 has been great. The insulation is much better, the clubhouse is right next door. Unfortunately we can hear our upstairs neighbors doing EVERYTHING, including loud music and them walking around.
The management company does a lot to keep the tenants busy such as exercise classes, movie nights etc. However people here are not that friendly, probably because they all work too much and don't have much time to socialize. Also malls in New Jersey seem to be too far away, such as Garden State Plaza and Short Hills are each 30 min away.
Other than that it is a great place to live, and the rent that we pay here we surely wont get all these wonderful things living in Manhattan:)
