I have lived at River bend for 1yr, and had some issues as i did at other places i have stayed in nj. But nothing that was not taken care of in a timly manner. The one thing i can't complan about is the pools and view. they out weight any issues I might have had (48 hours to fix a closet shelf) not much to complain about. Needless to say i love it here and have refered two coworkers and a long time friend. River bend gave me $1,500 off the rent for all three. Not bad!
I won't tell you to move here you have to make that decition on your own but atlease come take a look.
