Management sucks

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
This place is horrible, my neighbor blasts rap music at all times, you can hear him having sex because the bed hits the wall. Do not move here, we have a baby and he keeps waking up because of all the noise. The management couldn't care less about your problems. Electric bills are at least $400 a month. I can't wait to leave...
