I have been living at Port Imperial for over a year and have not one complaint. I just upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. The pools are beautiful, there are several gyms, and the grounds are gorgeous.

For anyone reading any of the complaints do not be discouraged. There will always be problems - leeks, not enough hot water, a broken something or other. There is no perfect property. I have lived all over and this is without a doubt a high end property.

Also, there are a lot of pretentious, snooty complaining yuppies who live here who expect to be waited on hand and foot. I guess that would be my only complaint. To be honest I have seen many residents, probably the ones who have complained, slam doors, leave a mess in the business center, throw things around the gym...

I highly recommend this property!
