Very Bad Management!!!

In my Apartment there is heater whose thermostat doesnot work. So basically once the heater started it never stops. The temperature in my bedroom might change from 66 to 90F by the morning since the heater doesnot regulate the temperature.
On calling building Management I was told that all apartments in 25 Av. at port Imperial blvd haev same problem and they cannot do anything about. WHAT a PIECE OF CRAP IS THIS!!!
