We were here when this place first opened. It was nice at first but what a dump it turned out to be. Out heating unit was on the outside porch in a room that was not insulated so in the winter our pipes would freeze and we would have no heat. Maintenance was not much help with that either. Walls were paper thin and we could hear everyhting going on around us. Parking was aweful I had a spot outside which a paid for and some yahoo in another apartment would park there. I told them about this many times and they did nothing. THey wouldn't let dogs out on the balconey. Nothing worked correctly and we had someone break into our apartment and helped themselves to the porn channel at our expense. The security who saw you every day and they would follow you around, yet strangers to the area they would ignore. The only thing about this place that was good was the view, but it is not worth what you pay. Another thing the garbage shoot was always backed up.......

I second that. I live here too and have experienced the exact same thing. Moving here has been the worst experience ever.

it's like this everywhere in nj. i don't think it's specific to this complex, it's the times.. i overheard someone the other day in the elevator say that our complaints are outsourced to india. that's why it takes so long to respond. LOL.
