Riverbend at Port Imperial

Awful main office and management! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Many of the comments about this place are very accurate. I have been here for over a year now. The management and the people at the main office are the worst part. The women working thier are nightmares, rude on the phone, lied several times, turnover is high and training must be terrible. We were promised an apartment that we picked out then came back a day later to give them the check and that girl that promised us the apartment had quit that day, so we got screwed and had to get an apartment much more expensive. My apartment got soaked twice from rain storms and they still have not cleaned the carpets. The conciege's park in the handicap spots every day and are usually rude. Other than the pathetic management and workers here the place is nice. The views and area is solid. The owner of this place should be embarassed. If I were him I would do a complete overhaul of management and fire everyone. They are in the serivce business yet they act like you are bothering them everytime I call to ask a question. I am exicited to move out.
