This complex is awaful. All of the bad reviews are true. I have 6 months left living in my apartment and I can't wait until it is over. The view is beautiful, but the neighbors above you, below you and on the sides of you are very noisy. I can here people above me stomping so loud that it shakes my apartment. The management is very unprofessional and has no communication skills with each other. I am always given the wrong packages and people are given mine. I even received someone elses apartment keys that they had made on accident (pretty big accident). I am glad they didn't accidentally give my apartment keys to a total stranger. You pay at least $125 for parking and my space is at a building that I don't even live in or near. I was set up to move in on a Saturday by someone in management and they don't even have weekend move ins/outs. So, they tried charging me over $1000 in fines, due to their poor communication skills. I also spent at least 3 hours cleaning my apartment once I moved in. They just paint over dirt and the tiles by the front door and in the bathroom are cracked. Not to mention that all the blinds in the apartment are filthy and have an inch of dust on them. I live on level 2 and my hall always smells really bad and the halls are so hot and musty. The stairwells also stink like dog pee. My neighbor has had ketchup all over their door for at least 4 months and it is so nasty. Management only cares about the main floor and all the other floors seem to be nasty. The apartment complexes that I lived in in college, that were not considered luxury, we 10 times better than this one. Oh yeah, for some reason there is never any hot water in the winter months. Save your money and rent somewhere else. As I said the view is beautiful, but this place sucks!
