A lot of people here gave their honest opinions, and I just want to add that since the condo conversion at the hudson club, things took an even deeper dive. Everytime you call the office, it will first take several steps for them to figure out whoese responsibility it is, the new ownership assigned mgmet or the original mgmt team, both of which share the same office. Then when you do talk to the new mgmt, they can't do jack and would direct you to the old team/concierge, who would again shove you righ back to the new team/concierge. The people in the office does have a high turn over rate and they do act distant and cocky. A girl who send out parking notices was never in the office even after you made the appointment with the stupid front desk clerk (only after many unreturned phone calls, then they will tell you she's not in when you show up on time for it.
This place tries to portray an upscale image and make you feel less sorry for the crazy amount of rent you are paying by quasi-installing those perceived amenities, whereas in reality many are superficial and unaccountable. They have these people driving in security SUVs around, doing nothing but going to resident buildings' garage for a nap or chatting on the cell phone, makes you really wonder who pays these lazy bastards cruising around all day like they're so part of the community.
It just seems there's considerable confusion within the their own structure of operation. And let me tell you, it wasn't like that many years ago when this place just started renting. It's been gradually going downhill. It's time to move the heck out here indeed.
