the concierges give out the wrong packages to the wrong tenants. i have heard them cursing at the desk,they are rude,stupid.the powers that be put the worst in the new complex especially that hector.he appears to be drunk at times.and i heard him say he uses empty apartments as his own personal ----- house.john the lazy boob looks like a jack o lantern with his missing teeth. there was talk the party rooms were being rented out to outsiders.concierge enrique got fired for that he was hector's good friend.there ws kickbacks$$$$

Sounds more like another concierge by the name of Jim who was always wheeling and dealing! He apparently likes to project his on short comings onto others in order to make himself feel "superior".
