the Worst receitionist From: METOPERA Date posted: 6/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Many residents live here.They,including me,have different culture and language.Recently, I went to the leasing center to pay rent. At that time, small trouble happened to me regarding key system. I asked the receptionist, Ms.Anna Maria what happened to my key. She spoke too fast for me to follow. I asked again so that I need to understand. So, she said to her colleague loudly ,"She can't understand English" She insulted me in public. There were some other people looking at me. Did she need to say it to somebody'I was really embarrassed. I could understand what she said. Anna Maria ! I don't expect you too much. but.... Be nice! Be polite!
