Many Improvements- Great Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here for a couple of years now. I have seen some major improvements all around! All of the staff is new and on top of there game! Maintenance requests are done within 1-2 days. The office staff has been very helpful as well. I do not have a dog. I am surprised to see the negative comments about the pets here. I do not hear any dogs barking. The location to the light rail, ferry and NJ bus is great! We also have a brand new A&P Fresh, Starbucks, Wine Store, Ben & Jerry's and Wachovia Bank. I do not have to drive if I don't want to. So all of the OLD negative comments DO NOT APPLY! The concierge staff is all new and professional. If you choose a water view by the promenade, it is probably what you asked for. If you think that is noisy then try living in the city! You are on the Hudson River with cruise ships coming and going. If you don't like the noise, don't live by a busy waterway. If you don't like the price, check Manhattan! I read the negative comments and notice these people have lived here for 1-4 years. Why do they continue to live here if it is so bad'
