I wouldn't recommand this place. I was the one of the first tenant to move in. This place doesn't have rent control and they raised my rent every year 10%. Staffs were all sweet and nice before I signed my lease, afterwards, they're so rude, irresponsible, not professional at all. So, when I complaint to office manager, she's even worse. Quality of my apartment was pretty bad. All the doors won't close properly or sometime i couldn't open my closet doors. Just think about it, you are in rush to go out and you can't get to your coat in the middle of winter. Also, so many construction going on the property. It's very very noisy. Can you imagine waking up every morning 5 a.m. including weekends. You can't open the windows because so dusty. My apartment is always dusty, it doesn't matter how often i clean. My elec bill was $280/mo. I was paying OVER $3000 for 2 bedrooms plus $500 for gym (nothing works). I had to renew my lease because i was having a baby around that time. Just staying that place was nightmare. If you live there you can't write nice things about this place. I'll bet riverbend's staff wrote all those nice commands. Everybody that i knew they're not happy with this place and they all moved out.
