I lived at the The Riverbend and It was
a bad experience. The buildings are
poorly built. You can hear everything and
everyone above or below you. The management
is the pitts, they lure you in there and
sell you gold, and once you are in you are in you are
lucky if you can get a maintenance man to
come and fix something. It was extremely
noisy , they never finished anything they
promised on time, however construction for
their new buildings never stopped. I learned
my lesson that "all that glitters isnt gold"
The apartments are pretty and they have nice
ammenities, but it wasnt worth sacrificing
sleep and over all your quality of life.
Not to mention I was paying top rent for my
apartment. It was not a gated community and I did not feel very safe. even though
they did have security cars circle often.
When we moved in we were promised a concierge
at our own building, and it never happend.
At one time there was only one pool for
three buildings It was almost the end of summer before they opened the other two,
those pools were suppoed to open in June.
There was supposed to be a playground for children, that never happend either.
They made many false promises, and that
overall was a bad sign.
They got rid of people every month, every
time we got a monthly newsletter there
were new names and old ones removed. There
was no stability even with their staff.
