A witness to rudeness

The concierge was horrible to someone who was to start my cable. I was ashamed at the treatment they gave him for no reason. Garbage area is impossible to deal with.

I completely agree with the previous poster. I have lived here for a little over 2 years and I really can't complain. It really is like living at a resort.
