Excellent building From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006   Excellent building and one of the best on Boulevard East. Doorman are one of the best in the world, as are the maintenance crew. The co-op board has done a lot to improve the building, but they seem to close their eyes when it comes to neighbor problems. Unless its happening to them they simply do not care. So speak to your neighbors before checking in. They seem to be allowing most irresponsible single people to move in who don't seem to care about neighbors. And if it is a woman complaining the board seems to turn a complete deaf ear, unless of course its happening to them, then that is a different story.
