Landings at Port Imperial 45% Recommended May 12 2008: I would highly recommend living at the Landings at Port Imperial. The grounds are nicely kept, maintenance requests are addressed well within 24 hours, management cares and attends to every need, the pool is fun in the summertime, and the Riverbend at Port Imperial 43% Recommended Apr 28 2008: The concierge was horrible to someone who was to start my cable. I was ashamed at the treatment they gave him for no reason. Garbage area is impossible to deal with. 55 Riverwalk Place 14% Recommended Apr 27 2008: I have lived here for a year, here is my quick analysis Pros: 1.Staff are great (much friendlier than any other buildings I have lived in) 2.Very well maintained 3.Good location (Grocery and wine stores) 4.Well connected (Bus to NYC is steps from here Riviera Towers 100% Recommended Apr 01 2008: Great apartments and my neighbors are nice, however the management company and conceirge service leaves a lot to be desired. Do not valet your car as they do not check drivers licenses. If the building manager were removed, this would 55 Riverwalk Place 14% Recommended Feb 26 2008: Amenities and staffs are great but, the electric bills in Winter is outrageous. I've never paid over $100 for one bed. I already heard several units are already complaints about the bills n they said they are going to investigate, but |
