	Jeff and Jay, who run this place, are appropriately responsive any time you need them. The apartments are spacious and feel more like small houses than apartments. The neighbors are friendly but not nosey. Can't ask for more. I'd buy ... more

	Close to NYC bus, Shopping and recreation includung ice skating and zoo. Beautiful neighborhood. Great amenities for the price.
