Remember people who RANT write reviews. This place of course is not a 5 star private community; however, it is a safe, quiet, nice place and offers the best for its cost. It is a very spacious place to live, especially if you do not have big bucks to spend on condos and townhomes!

For the money - Look Elsewhere! I ve lived here almost 20 years. For the first ten, things were good. Since then, we are known as the slum lord village of West Paterson. While inside your apartment maintenance is fairly responsive, and the 3 office people are for the most part
