We have lived here for almost a year now. The location and grounds are very clean. On a whole i like the place. Lots of kids outside at night in the summertime. My biggest concern is the lack of response to maintence issues. I am still waiting for blinds to be put up in my aparment a year later. I have been requesting parking for the last 3 months also with no response. The best part about this is that my lease is up and rate went up $60 bucks.
