I just read the review of the person who lived there in the 90s and wanted to add that the apartments are under new ownership and, yes, things have changed. People who lived there a long time told me they used to come by and take your trash and do other nice little things. Not so now, they barely have the dumpsters emptied and they are often overflowing onto the ground.

The grounds are lovely, however, and they do this to trick people into thinking they are moving into a nice place. Inside the apartments are old and in disrepair. If you don?t have some sort of leverage, it is difficult to get things fixed and takes a long time. Over the winter I complained to them about the water intermittently coming out orange and they told me the town was flushing pipes. A few weeks later, they had to shut the water off because of a burst pipe.



They control the heat and the apartments are often too cold in the winter. This year I had to get a space heater! And in the blizzard snow, they had a crew of people shoveling the place by hand. When I first moved in, they used snow blowers. Everything is done in the cheapest possible way but they raise the rent EVERY year.



If you live in a first floor apartment, the noise is pretty bad because of the wooden floors. Everything vibrates and sounds even louder.



A lot of parents with little kids live here because they want Westfield Schools and can?t afford to buy in town. Lots of issues with the company in general. NOT WORTH THE RENT.
