Very nicely maintained property

The apparance of the property is very clean, nice layout of the grounds.. there is a nice pool and picknick area. The apartments are a decent size but are not modern. Nice maintenance crew, polite and friendly. But still help is needed to fix problems. Rents too high for the area.
