Avoid these apartments like the plague

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
PROBLEMS WITH DUNCAN HILL APTS.

1. Not enough parking (had to walk 1/2 mile to reach apartment)
2. Infestation of Spider Mites (seasonal)
3. Awful management and poor communication with tenants
4. Will nickel and dime your security until there is none left.
5. Has tenant cars towed from the lot and recieves "kickback$" from towing comp.
6. Filthy
7. WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE!
