This is the worst apartment complex ever...if you value peace and quiet you will choose another place to live. You can hear every conversation neighbors are having, especially when they're yelling at their little brats. Place is filled with children yelling, screaming and leaving toys on the stairs.

Super doesn't believe in snow shoveling or de-icing, doesn't speak English and NEVER fixes ANYTHING! Also, don't think about having a car here, you have to pay for a parking space and you can't have anyone over because there is no parking on street, family and friends must park half way to china to visit. Mailboxes are way too far away from your front door in certain instances. Basically there are no redeeming qualities about living here.

I would have to disagree, there are people here yes and with people come noise, but the way you describe it is unfair. Children play here as any children play anywhere, and the things they do are in line, I enjoy the town of Westfield very much and Duncan Hill is not at all how you describe it to be.

I've lived here for about 2 years and I have very rarely had a hard time finding parking on the street. The mail boxes are not that far away from the apartments, at the most maybe 75 feet. It is true that the super does not speak good english, but he has always responded to my requests.
