Recommended-if you like little kids!

I live there right now-Have for a few months. I would say for the most part that its a good place to live. The location is perfect-not too far from the shore or the city. The place is relatively clean and nice. However, there are a MILLION little kids running around. I like kids and for the most part have a high tolerance so it doesnt bother me much. If you are looking for piece and quiet-I am not sure this is the best place-although there are some units over to the side that might be a bit more quiet. I like to see the kids playing-it gives the apartments a home feeling.
The service is pretty much the pits though. We fixed a good amount of the problems in our apartment ourselves-such as installation of new window blinds and things like that. If you are not a little miss/mister fix-it, you might not be pleased to live here. Not that there are major problems, but there are little ones that do add up.
The parking is not THAT bad as the last reviewer had mentioned. However, you do have to pay $15/mo if you want to park in the lot, otherwise you might have to walk a block or two to find parking.
Overall I like the little place. I will probably stay for another year, definitely couldnt see myself making it a permanent home but for now its nice.
And I MUST say-the water pressure in the shower is a dream-at least in my unit it is ;o)
