I have been living here for 2 years now and don't understand the negative posts regarding the staff. They have always been prompt to address my needs and in some cases blew me away with how quickly and well they fixed isses in the apartment. The grounds are well maintained and the parking for guests is NOT that bad. I have lived in poorly run complexes before and this is NOT one of them. Three cheers to Duncan Hill!

Lain7131 - I wish I had the luck with parking that you have! When they assigned me a parking spot, someone else already had that spot, and it had been given away to 3 other people before me! I called the landlord about it and they said they'd talk to the other apartment, but we both still share the same parking spot. About a month ago, we were parked in the spot and someone else left a note on our car saying that they were given the spot! I called the landlord again, and they said they'd work it out. Luckily the parking spaces to the left and right of that space seem to be empty because we share the 3 spaces with the other 2 apartments. If they give our spot away again, then the only other spot that I know is open is the spot that blocks the garbage men. Hopefully we'll be able to move out before they give someone else our space!
