I'll start positive -- Maintenance Staff is great. They are somewhat responsive considering how overworked they are and the grounds are well kept. About six months ago a new company purchased the place. First they raised everyone's rent without giving any notification then they went back to crappy coin operated laundry machines in the laundry rooms and raised the prices to boot. Their billing is so screwed up that even they can't figure it out when they finally return your call..it's about time considering i've been harrassing you for three months. Might as well mention your lawyer on the first phone call..or just have them call because these people have no respect for your rights as a tenant. Which is sad considering the place is not cheap by any means.
