| | Neighbors are courteous. I rarely hear any noise from other apartment units. The apartment complex is located in a very nice, peaceful part of town near parks. |

| | Beautiful Place to live. Everyone is friendly and quiet. In several months I have never heard my neighbors through the walls. However, no matter what anyone tells you it is Not close enough to walk to the train in town.
