Inverness Apartments

Thank you Inverness Apartments for a wonderful experience. From: sydney.brown Date posted: 7/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have had a wonderful experience living at Inverness Apartments. Inverness is in a great location(its in the center of everything. movies, shopping, recreational activities, churches, parks, etc...) i enjoyed telling my friends where i lived because Inverness keeps up with the landscaping(the grass and shrubs are always cut,and the white lines for parking are very visible). Inverness shows that they appreciate a diverse community.Where i lived there were several diferent nationalities such as:Indian, Isreali, Hispanic, Black, Asian and White. i really liked that! The service technicians are great and honest! Whenever I had a problem, i never had to wait they came within 10-15min of the call. The manager and leasing agents: Jennifer, Natalie, Kathy and even the lady for the answering service are oh so helpful and nice! They treated me with respect. No one is perfect, every one has there flaws and makes mistakes. But Jennifer Werner's overall performance as a property manager is outstanding! As a tenant i recognized her hard work and devotion to the job. She is very respectful, efficient, and oh so helpful. i truly think she deserves a raise. The only criticism i would give is that the entire stair well area needs to look a little more inviting and presentable.The gray floors and mustard walls and brown carpet i think needs to be updated with a more bright and matching scheme, cute like the rental office area! I also think that you should consider changing the pet policy to at least cats and "small dogs under 50lbs". Being a Veterinarian student i see that cats can make more of a mess than small dogs can. And lastly, the basement in my complex doesnt give off a safe feeling(it has pockets for hiding) and the washer and dryer down there does'nt work and hasn't for about a year. These criticism does not change the fact that living at Inverness apartments has been a great experience and i have no regrets living there. I would recommend Inverness to my friends and family if they were looking for an apartment. 4206 tenant
