I have lived in inverness for a year now and i have mixed reviews about the complex. Its true that maintanence is wonderful here. they fix all problems within a days call, something unheard of from the apartments i used to live in. The complex in perpendicular to another complex located behind the wawa which is known for drug use, so families moving in with small children beware. I can say that the majority of people who live here are very pleasant but im sure you hear there demons come out at night between the paper thin walls. You hear everything and i mean everything. My neighbors car was stolen in the middle of the night and the next night another car was stolen in the same lot. Management did nothing! oh well i guess. The apartments are old so there is mold, windows that dont go up and down, and in the summer tiny little knat bugs everywhere. They multiply in seconds no matter what bug spray you use. Make sure u come ready to use a laundry mat cause the washers and dryers are in the basement of each building and after your first visit down there you will understand what i mean. good luck with your decisions and thank to the new management for making this a liveable situation BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
