I have lived here for almost a year now and the general feeling of the apartment is... just Okay. The washers do not work right and you're better off going to the laundry matt. The fitness center constantly has machines broken (when maintenance's office is in the same building). Hot water runs out easy when showers are taken and there's not much room for storage. (Don't try to store anything in the basement or you'll get a letter to remove it). Have not had any problems with neighbors so far. The area is quite at night. New carpets where put in before we moved in here. Overall... you get what you pay for. It's not so bad compared to other places.

Dear Resident,
There were machines broken in the fitness center and they have been repaired. The work had to be done by an outside contractor, not our maintenance staff, and that is why it took some time. If the washer in your building is not working properly please contact coinmach, the number is on the machines and they will come out to fix it. Again these are issues that are fixed by outside vendors so they are not in our immediate control. If you contact the office about the water we can check the water heater for you with no problems at all. The last issue was the storage. Deptford Township does not allow storage in the basements both for fire safety reasons and because there are no proper storage facilities there.
