This place is a ripoff.

The apartments are beautiful- spacious, bright, airy, huge closets and bedrooms- overall a great place to live. The unfortunate part of it all is that the management does not care and it shows. For what you pay, you do not receive any customer service in return. The management office works bankers hours- 8:30-3 and forget about ever seeing the manager, he's off on one of his boats but finds time to leave the trailer for his yacht in the complex's parking lot. In your lease you sign a "no pets" policy but this is overlooked and there are animals everywhere and some residents feel that it is beneath them to pick up after their pets. Inconsiderate isnt even the word for it. The maintenance department is great, always quick to respond and will resolve any problems that you may have.
The complex itself is really going downhill though as a result of the management- the grounds need repair, there are abandoned vehicles all around and when it snows you have to wait hours, sometimes a day or two until you see someone shovel your walk. For the price, you do not get the level of return on your investment. As for residents, no real complaints- what can you expect when you put 228 families in one small complex'
Overall, I would not recommend Barrons Gate.
