the grounds is well kept ,safty is a problem ,too many stolen cars.
the apartment are in o.k condition ,staff will work if you tip them well ,don't expect to get things fixed .
don't break your rental agreement ,they will make you pay ,and don't expect your security back ....they keep most of it .
in this area this is a better place to live ,don't stay too long .
