Woodbridge Center Plaza Apartments

Not worth for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have stayed in this complex for 2 years . The building are old and they were doing renovation then and there . The only reason i stayed there is because of public transportation , i didnt had a car . Other than that the apartment is highly priced and they are very bad in refunds also. They get 1.5 months rent as deposit which is too much to afford. Some apartments have Bedbugs and cockroaches . Since the carpets are very old ,its not effective even if they do extermination . You will be suffering till the end of your lease.If you still want to rent then go with a unit with Hardwood floors. Pros ***** Location safety Public tranportation Wegmans grocery Woodbridge Mall proximity Cons ***** Bedbugs and Maintanence Higher Rent No additonal facilities No fitness center only inactive exercise room available 3 Unmaintained tennis courts No Community benefits All equipments are older , you may get more bills for Gas and Electricity
