Before you decide to rent any apartment from Middlesex Management, including this one (Woodbridge Terrace), I suggest you google for "middlesex management".

I was in woodbridge terrace for 2 years. The apartment is old and the utility bill is high. When I moved out, my parents, a friend of mine and I spent the whole day cleaned the apartment. I swear the apartment is even better than when I moved in. Guess what, I only got 1/3 of the money back. They charge your deposit as they WISH. They will send you a long list and everything on the list is described as "dirty". Search the web, and you will see they have a notorious reputation in returning the deposit. EXTREMELY RUDE management. You cannot visit their office. You can only talk to the reception who will ask you to call the office. 90% of the time, you will talk to the machine and you will never get a reply.

The rental office is also very rude. She told us one day before move-in that the room was not ready, and it was like my problem. The two superintendents are quite kind, though.

Unfortunately, they almost have the rental monopoly in Middlesex. But if you can, AVOID them!!!
